Strength and condition training for athletes

SPIDER SPORT has years of experience in strength and conditioning of professional athletes of various athletic disciplines. We have a specific set of specially adapted exercises typical for the respective sport to the standard set of free weights exercises. The purpose is to make the technique of the athlete more precise and to increase his/her strength endurance and explosiveness. At the same time, the personal trainers in SPIDER SPORT help the athletes to improve their fundamental movement skills and to avoid injuries. Our work is also focused on developing the athlete’s speed and flexibitly and on the proper application of these qualities in a specific sport.

In SPIDER SPORT’s team of personal trainers we have current and former athletes, some of which are participants in the Olympic Games and international championships. Our team works with athletes from different fields: Taekwondo, athletics, boxing, kick-boxing, cycling, badminton, tennis, badminton, swimming, volleyball, football, snowboarding.

Milko Georgiev conducts Master classes on perfect kicking technique. He has a black belt and has worked with some of the best taekwondo competitors and trainers in Bulgaria, Stamen Zahariev and Dimitar Mihaylov, and the members of their clubs.
