SPIDER SPORT offers one-hour BOOT CAMP outdoor training in the parks Borisova Gradina and Yuzhen Park in the mornings and in the evenings in the spring, summer and fall.

The training begins with jogging and stretching exercises for joint mobility. It continues with diverse sets of interval training exercises such as sprints, lunges with medicine balls, lunges with twist, pull-ups, plyometric exercises, explosiveness sets and CrossFit elements. The BOOT CAMP system improves all athletic performance indicators: strength, explosiveness, endurance, flexibility, speed and coordination.
